More Information
This adorable birdhouse was a special request by our special customers. We thought it was a terrific idea and passed the idea on to our Old Order Amish Barnwood Crafter and this is what he came up with. We just think it reflects the days of years past when the students from different grades were all taught in the one classroom – similar to how the Swartzentruber Old Order Amish children still attend school today. Just as their feathered ancestors built their nests and made their family a home in the old time one-room schoolhouse, our feathery friends will make themselves feel right at home as they have a place to settle and start their families. This birdhouse is crafted using reclaimed barn wood in excess of 100 years old and reclaimed tin from the roofs of the reclaimed barns. (SKU-HAM-SHBH).
The picture is a stock photo. Colors will vary depending on the color barn that was torn down to make this birdhouse.
